What the role is:
A strategic contract relationship holder, responsible for the delivery of best-in-class security
and customer service through inspirational leadership and people management and for the
delivery of strategy, security solutions, efficiencies and value added.

What we need from you - skill base requirements:

• Experience
o Senior Management / Director level security professional with a minimum 3-years’
experience in a similar environment.
o Experience of writing procedures, drafting reports, preparing business cases, and
controlling budgets

• Qualifications (a distinct advantage)
o Senior Management / Director qualifications
o Front or non-front line SIA License
o Other appropriate qualifications

• The successful applicant will be

o Competent with the complete suite of Microsoft software including but not limited to
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Physically & medically fit
o A driving license holder

What you will be doing and how to achieve success

o Understand the Kingdom and each customer’s contract aims and vision
o Be known, be seen, be visible (focus strategic accounts)
o Install creative solutions, efficiencies, innovation, and value added
o Manage relevant regional MI / Data and analyse and turn into effective actions
o Manage budgets and cost control
o Manage contract transition (mobilisation & decommission)
o Manage complaints, incidents, and accident investigations
o Support regional Corporate Social Responsibility & Social Value initiatives
o Support policy input
o Driving division objectives and strategies

Inspirational Leadership & People Management
o Recruit and retain the best talent possible to form an effective team
o Install process, ownership, and compliance
o Train, develop, mentor, motivate, and inspire
o Support D&G & constructive management of conflicts

Win, Keep & Grow
o Identify and represent at appropriate thought leadership, influencing forums, networking
events and awards
o Support a sales strategy to win new business and retain and grow existing accounts through
solutions, alternative cost models and the delivery of best-in-class service
