What the role is – on the tin:

Contract brand ambassador responsible for managing day-to-day the delivery of best-in-class security and customer service through inspirational leadership and people management.

The successful applicant - skill base requirements:

· Experience

o Manager level security professional with a minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar environment.

o Experience of writing procedures, drafting reports, preparing business cases, and controlling budgets

· Qualifications (holding or working towards are a distinct advantage)

o Manager type qualifications

o Front or non-front line SIA License

o Other appropriate qualifications

· The successful applicant will be

o Vetted as a minimum to BS 7858 standards

o A company brand ambassador

o Pro-active

o Passionate about leading people to deliver best in class customer service

o Goal and results orientated

o Confident, organised, detailed, disciplined, pragmatic, a relationship builder who can work calmly with a can-do attitude

o An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels

o Competent with the complete suite of Microsoft software including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

o Physically & medically fit

o A driving license holder

o Able to provide evidence of success and results

Deliver Best-in-Class Security and Customer Service

o Understand what has been sold and the Kingdom and customer contract aims and vision

o Install process, ownership, and compliance (Operations HOW Manual)

o Pro-actively managing the individual risks at each location assigned to you

o Install customer solutions, efficiencies and value added

o Provide relevant regional and customer MI / Data and analyse and turn into effective actions

o Support budget and cost control

o Manage contract transition (mobilisation & decommission)

o Manage complaints, incidents, and accident investigations

o Support 100% contract manning levels

o Uniform, Training & Equipment Compliance

o Support regional Corporate Social Responsibility & Social Value initiatives

o Evidence job description success through appropriate reporting and appraisals

Inspirational Leadership & People Management

o Recruit and retain the best talent possible to form an effective team

o Train, develop, mentor, motivate, and inspire

o Support D&G & constructive management of conflicts

o Snap site and colleague checks including out of hours
