Our Mission

To Support Local Authorities in Reducing Environmental Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour in the Community we Serve

The amount of litter dropped each year is on the rise.  It has been proven that high levels of litter encourages a diminishing impact the quality of life in your community and led to other criminality.

Kingdom LAS is a proven tool for local authorities to reverse this trend, turning a declining attitude towards an area into a more positive one for the community.

Using virtual mapping software and data analysis, we will deploy teams into ‘problem areas’ to tackle environmental and anti-social behaviour crimes making sure we reduce resident’s concerns and their need to raise complaints.

How it Works

A Cost-Free Services with Community Engagement

We can deploy tactful, professional enforcement teams in your problem hot spots.

This intelligence-led method uses Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) against offenders and stops the problem at the source.

our officers are always highly professional in dealing with environmental crime to the letter of the law and undergo strict training, monitoring and management to ensure standards remain high:

  • Street patrol teams undergo comprehensive customer service training and are supported by a central infrastructure network
  • Offenders are given the ability to make representation or appeal to the Magistrates court to build transparency and trust into the scheme
  • The scheme has a proven record of changing behaviours.

We have many models that, from our experience since 2009, ensure the services provided are self-funded through the operations carried out, avoiding any impact on the budget for the extra crime reduction, community engagement and education resources we can offer..

As part of the services we provide, we will provide:

  • a school package around litter to change the behaviour of the next generation with Clean Up Britain.
  • Creating local jobs.
  • Apprenticeships.
  • Work with local community groups.
