With continued growth, Fatherson have both FULL TIME & PART TIME opportunities.
Shifts available: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm / 10pm – 6am
Where: Arden Forest Industrial Estate, Alcester, Warwickshire.

About the role

There are a number of roles, including making and baking the products, decorating the products, and picking and packing the products in the warehouse.

NO previous experience is required, Fatherson’s will teach you everything you need to know.

In the bakery duties include: the accurate interpretation of daily orders / recipes, distributing / packing finished products, weighing ingredients, mixing, hand depositing mixture, and baking the cakes unsupervised.

Hygiene, safety and product quality are critical, so following detailed instructions is important.

It’s a busy & fast paced environment, so you’ll need plenty of energy
About you:

No experience required: you’ll be taught everything you need to know.

A willingness to learn & plenty of enthusiasm are more important.

You’ll need to be reliable and committed, You’ll be part of the Fatherson family who all pull together.
