Kingdom provides manned guarding services and some cleaning services for a number of sites for leading UK construction and regeneration company, Morgan Sindall Group plc.
Morgan Sindall started work on the construction of six new state-of-the-art primary schools in South Lanarkshire in November 2012 as part of the latest phase in a £150 million Primary School Modernisation Programme in the region. The first two schools in this tranche were Carstairs Village Primary School and Carstairs Junction Primary School.
Carstairs Village Primary School has now been completed, handed over to South Lanarkshire Council and is now fully occupied. Following the completion of the project, we were delighted to receive the following letter from the Senior Site Manager at Morgan Sindall plc Carstairs Primary School Site Office:
“As you may be aware, Perfect Delivery was achieved at Carstairs Village Primary School.
I would like to thank you for your contribution and congratulate you on another perfectly delivered school within the South Lanarkshire Primary Schools Modernisation Programme.
Your efforts throughout the project have not gone unnoticed and we at Morgan Sindall and more particularly the Project team really appreciate your hard work. Building this school was a delight for the team and it couldn’t have been done without your co-operation.
We look forward to your continued support on future projects, and look forward to working with you again.
