Kingdom was delighted to receive the following email from the Operations Manager from Shopping Centre Management at JLL regarding an incident at the County Mall Shopping Centre in Crawley, West Sussex. The email was sent to Kingdom, who provides cleaning and support services to the shopping centre, and Securitas, who provides security services.
Last night we had a sprinkler activation within the centre, see attached incident report.
You both had members of staff take part in the damage limitation and cleanup. From Kingdom we had Nathan Brewer and Bobby Broom and from Securitas we had Petra Thaddens.
I was on site and witnessed the professionalism and dedication to the task of your staff.
Their actions were exemplary and it was mainly down to their hard work that the shopping centre opened for trade as normal today. They are a credit to your companies and I ask that you pass on the appreciation of the myself and others for their outstanding efforts.
