The Kingdom Clean kitchen hygiene division has recently been re-awarded the prestigious Mitchells & Butlers contract. Mitchells & Butlers are the largest operators of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK with brands such as Harvester, Toby Carvery and All Bar One.
Kingdom have been working alongside M&B for well over a decade now and the relationship looks set to develop further. Not only did Kingdom maintain their current workload, but were also awarded the additional Wales and South West regions which is an exciting and positive addition. Our dedicated project management, tireless work ethic and ever improving standards have helped to bring in the additional business.
The contract roll out is due to commence over the upcoming months and everyone will need to remain focused to ensure our energy, standards and unique customer service is rolled out across the new region seamlessly.
The new contract will mean we now clean over 500 pubs for the group and will equate to approximately 1500 cleans per annum.
Tom Richards has been the Project Manager for this division for the last two years and has been instrumental in service delivery improvements and building a strong customer relationship that has brought about this tremendous success.
With special thanks to the dedicated team:
Tom Richards – Project Manager and Bid Manager
Administrators – Alison Muir and Kim Simpole
Hygiene Operatives – Maurice Pullen, Rich Davis, Steve Shoesmith, Chris Price, Steve Lloyd, Derek Hall, Derrick Powles, Derrick Ramsey and Rob Jones.
