Our UK-wide mobile patrol service provides a practical, cost-effective and visible solution - on low risk sites - to provide pre-organised or roving mobile patrols. This could be in the form of a simple visual drive-by, to an in-depth walk-through and check, or even a full lock and unlock function. We deliver a fully insured, national Mobile Patrol, Key Holding and Alarm Response service in accordance with BS7984 requirements; Key Holding & Response Code of Practice (for commercial and domestic customers, including a number of ‘sensitive’ and business critical sites where key holding is a major security priority). These services protect your staff from unnecessary risk and your business from unnecessary costs and inconvenience (Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 & Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 in relation to the Duty of Care of Lone Working).
We also provide an Intrusion and Repair Management Support service through an approved national supplier list, eg: boarding, glazing and locksmith services. Any calls for such support received at our National Support Centre are recorded for training and service excellence review purposes to ensure that Kingdom continue to be service leaders in our industry. We employ local mobile staff with local demographic knowledge, and upon contract award, we draft Assignment Instructions (AIs) and escalation numbers tailored to your needs. Where authorised, we will also display Kingdom warning boards or window stickers to serve as a deterrent, reinforce your brand, and aid community faith in your provision and commitment to safety and security.
To drive compliance, all mobile division and company driver associated paperwork is located and can be accessed on the Kingdom portal. To drive safety, our drivers inspect their vehicles at the commencement of every shift. The internal and external inspection report includes measurement of tyre tread, pressure level monitoring, glass structure assessment, damage recognition and checks on fluid levels.
