At Kingdom, we believe that investing in people creates stronger organisations, stronger communities and stronger futures
Our new Apprenticeship Levy Transfer Service has been created to help employers access apprenticeship funding that could support workforce development, upskilling and long-term talent growth. The service provides a structured and professionally managed route for organisations that may benefit from apprenticeship funding support, delivered through Kingdom's established governance and assessment framework.
Many organisations want to invest in apprenticeships but face financial pressures that can make training difficult to access.
Through the Apprenticeship Levy Transfer Service, Kingdom aims to connect available apprenticeship funding with organisations that have a genuine commitment to developing their workforce. This creates opportunities for employers to invest in skills, attract new talent and support employee development through recognised apprenticeship programmes.
Kingdom welcomes enquiries from:
Existing clients
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
Charities and social enterprises
Community organisations
Strategic partners
Employers seeking workforce development opportunities
All opportunities are reviewed through a consistent assessment process to ensure funding is allocated fairly, responsibly and in line with apprenticeship funding requirements.
The Apprenticeship Levy Transfer Service is about more than financial support.
It is about creating opportunities, strengthening skills, supporting economic growth and helping organisations invest in their people. By working collaboratively with employers, training providers and community partners, Kingdom aims to maximise the impact of apprenticeship funding whilst contributing to wider workforce development and social value objectives.
Our service provides support throughout the levy transfer journey, including:
Initial discussions and enquiries
Eligibility assessment
Opportunity review
Levy transfer approval processes
Digital Apprenticeship Service administration
Ongoing monitoring and reporting
This ensures a transparent, compliant and professionally managed approach from enquiry through to apprenticeship delivery.
