We are proud to share that Kingdom Healthcare has once again achieved the Investors in People We Invest in People accreditation.
Having held the accreditation since 2011, this latest assessment highlighted the progress we've made as an organisation and, more importantly, the experiences of the people who work here every day.
The assessment included feedback from colleagues across the business, who spoke positively about their experience of working at Kingdom Healthcare. Many highlighted the trust and support they receive in their roles, feeling listened to, encouraged to contribute ideas and empowered to take ownership in delivering high quality care.
The assessment also recognised the areas that matter most to us, including strong leadership, supportive managers, investment in learning and development, and a genuine sense of teamwork across the organisation.
The people we support will always be at the heart of everything we do. Creating an environment where our colleagues feel valued, heard and supported helps them provide the safe, compassionate and person-centred care our service users deserve.
