Terence Barton, our CEO has headed up the business since its inception, and Kingdom remains in the Barton Family. Over the years, market and customer opportunities have allowed us to grow our service offerings to become one of the largest national privately-run companies in the UK and India. As recognised pioneers of innovation in our industry, we are driven to explore new ways of working and fresh approaches to progression within the support services market.

Managing Director - Systems

Responsible for the strategic, financial, development and operational wellbeing of Kingdom Systems. We specialise in CCTV, Intruder, Fire and Access Control. Enjoys family, rugby and golf.

20+ years experience in leadership positions within global recruiters, I know what it takes to find and hire the best talent. I am a big believer that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and so I strive to support and motivate the team to work together to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst realising their own potential.

Michael Fisher

Managing Director - Local Authority Support

Joined in 2013, I invest time and capital into developing service delivery and together with my team support local authorities to investigate and prosecute environmental criminality and anti-social behaviour.

Jan Hein Hemke

Managing Director - Cleaning

With over 25 years' experience in operations, commerce, finance, acquisition and people management, I have a proven track record of success in the service industry at an international level. I have a strong passion for people management and have spent a lot of my career facilitating my colleagues' development.

With over 40 years experience in the fire and security systems industry, my aim is always to provide each customer with exactly the right solution to meet their specific operational, environmental and budgetary requirements, with quality and reliability at the core of everything we do.
