Married with 3 daughters.

Keen sportsman. Play team tennis and golf. Enjoy seeing my grandchildren growing up and my skiing and winter golf holidays each year.

  • 2006 to present: Kingdom Security Ltd. Director level professional with over 25+ year’s industry experience.
  • 1999 to 2006: Director of Wallace Security Group (national security supplier). £5 million turnover / 330 staff. Business sold to Kingdom in 2006.
  • Security Operations Director (3 years).

Married with one daughter and one son.

Travelled the world between 1997 and 1999. Beautiful countries with beautiful people that helped shape who I am today.

I sulk badly if we have to stay in on a weekend but give me Tapas or anything with Chorizo and I am a happy man.

Assisted Kingdom from being a local company to be the great national company it is today.

  • 2008-2015 CDO Group Ltd, Wirral based/National – Co-owner and founder of a sector specific security business for the food and logistics industry
  • Responsible for innovation in training and online platforms to drive efficient controls and best practice
  • Sector expert in brand integrity and loss prevention for key customers in the food and logistics industry

I bring 22 years of military and private security experience operating at all levels into the Kingdom arena, not to mention a relentless character of energy, very high expectations, commitment, determination, courage, leadership and ability to see the positive in most situations. I enjoy being involved at all levels of the business, constantly looking at new ways to improve and drive LEAN practice and culture.

  • 31 Years Police service, retired in the rank of Detective Inspector (specialising in the investigation of serious and organized crime on a National and International basis)
  • 7 years spent delivering security management and loss prevention services to the public and private sector including Civil and Environmental Enforcement Service
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification in Training Practice

I have pioneered and provided an overt ethical and legal Environmental Protection Service to a number of Local Authorities in England and Wales. This service caters for all aspects of the Environmental Protection Act and Dog Control.

I deliver hands on management to my teams who in turn are the interface of my company often operating under the closest scrutiny of the client. It is imperative that by ensuring honest and transparent communication with the client representative that all issues can be dealt with expeditiously and thereby minimizing negative impact on service delivery
