We're looking for a Security Regional Operations & Compliance Director in the UK south region.

Managing Director - Security

Job Location:

South Region - United Kingdom

What the role is:

Be our specialist and oversee and direct the delivery of great service and compliance thorough ownership, process, and effective team management.

Initial Aims:

1. Understand the Kingdom processes, software, and systems to be compliant

2. Meet your team

3. Ringfence contracts - Contracts (at threat/review)

4. Meet your customers – be known, be seen, be visible

5. Build a great team

6. Install compliance

7. Own your region to win, keep and grow

What we need from you - skill base requirements:

· A Director level / security professional

· 3 years’ minimum Director level experience

· Holds appropriate, industry, and director level qualifications (or working towards) are a distinct advantage.

· Evidence of achieving results

· Holds a valid driving license

· Holds excellent IT skills to use Logosoft, and the complete suite of Microsoft software including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Communicates effectively and professionally at several levels - strong engagement and negotiation skills

· Smart working, leadership skills, disciplined, proactive, detailed, analytical, and passionate about delivering great operations and results

o Operations compliance (how we do business)

o Regional manning levels (core and support) & 3rd party supplier performance

o Complaints, incidents, and accidents

o Technology and software compliance

o Out of hours visits / welfare checks

o Mobilisations and decommissions



- Build a great regional management team. Recruit and implement the appropriate skill set and headcount structure (portfolios) to be competent, compliant, confident, and empowered

- Colleague retention through excellent support and mentoring, performance and target appraisals and personal development to enhance their skill set

- Turn behaviours into actions through direction, motivation, mentoring, coaching, and developing your team

- Disciplinary management

Cost Control

- Profit margin, cost and spend control

- Utilise resources efficiently and effectively

- Support customer commercial reviews
