We are delighted to be working in partnership with Crawley Council to deliver Environmental Enforcement services across the borough.
This work focuses on tackling littering, fly tipping and behaviour that harms the local environment and affects the pride people feel in their streets, parks and shared spaces.
Our role is to provide the council with additional capacity and specialist support so these challenges can be addressed more effectively.
Our officers will have a strong presence in key locations, engaging with residents, speaking with businesses, identifying hotspots, gathering evidence when offences occur and supporting a fair and consistent approach to enforcement. Every part of this work contributes to cleaner, safer and more welcoming areas for both residents and visitors.
To mark the start of the partnership, we joined Crawley Council for a media day in the area. Councillor Nick Hilton, Councillor Michael Jones and Councillor Yasmin Khan spoke about the positive difference they want to see for the community and their commitment to improving local environments.
Our Head of Sales Eugene Smith and our Enforcement Officers attended to discuss how we will work alongside the council day to day and how our teams will support the delivery of their environmental priorities.
