Community Care Assistants
For many people, being able to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home is incredibly important. This is where Community Care Assistants play such an important role.
A Community Care Assistant may support someone with everyday activities such as getting up in the morning, getting ready for the day, preparing meals or personal care.
The level of support can vary from person to person. For some individuals, this may involve hands-on assistance with daily tasks. For others, it may be offering encouragement, reassurance or a helping hand when needed.
Ultimately, it is about giving people the right support while helping them maintain their independence, dignity and usual routines.
One of the benefits of working in community care is the variety of working patterns available. This can provide opportunities for people who are looking for flexibility around family life, studies, other employment or personal commitments.
Experienced Healthcare Assistants
For healthcare assistants who have at least 6 months experience in the UK, we have roles available in a variety of different settings:
Shifts will be as and when these settings require cover for healthcare assistants, this could be on an ad-hoc basis or block bookings.
For those interested in Complex Care at Home, previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs is required. This ensures that our clients receive care from those with the appropriate skills, confidence and experience to meet their needs.
Experienced Nurses
We offer opportunities for nurses to work in Care Homes and Complex Care at Home.
To work in these roles, nurses must hold a valid NMC registration and have at least 6 months post registration experience. For those interested in Complex Care at Home, previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs is required. This ensures that our clients receive care from those with the appropriate skills, confidence and experience to meet their needs. This can be either in Adult Care or Paediatric Care, depending on the care package.
Shifts are available on both a day and night basis, with opportunities offered as ad-hoc shifts or block bookings. This provides flexibility to fit shifts around your existing commitments and availability, making it an ideal opportunity for nurses looking to take on additional shifts alongside their permanent employment.
